Craft technical materials, such as software user manuals, training materials and courses, and customer slide decks. Identify, write, and edit articles and case studies for industry publications and organizations on behalf of Predictronics, including the World Economic Forum, Plant Engineering Magazine, Pumps and Systems Magazine, Valve World Magazine, IronPros, Vibrations Magazine, and the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Helped author and edit a predictive maintenance playbook, through funding from Manufacturing x Digital (MxD), detailing best practices for the implementation of predictive solutions in manufacturing. Worked on the scoping and initial development of a technology roadmap, through funding from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), to advance the future of intelligent semiconductor manufacturing in the US.
