Your 'biological age' can now be read in a drop of blood

They can do blood tests now that determine your biological age based upon your protein levels!

So say, for example, that you smoke or drink a lot and you are 24 years old. Your test results may come back saying that your biological age is actually 31, meaning you body thinks it’s older than it is.

The test can also identify markers for certain diseases.

The hope is that this type of test gives people a more tangible health statistic, so that they can decide whether or not to make changes in their daily lifestyle choices to reverse damage or upkeep wellness, and to inform others about their predisposition to certain health problems so that they can decide whether or not to take preventative measures.

So Cool!
