Launching February 4, 2013, the challenge will award $25,000 for First Place along with significant prizes for 2nd and 3rd place as well as categories and awards for People’s Choice and Emerging Artists.”

Free speech is what makes our country great, whether we agree with it or not. Having the ability to speak our minds and protest, or question our government is what feeds democracy and opens debate, allowing us to grow as individuals and as a nation.
